About Me

With over 15 years of experience in the property maintenance and trades industry, I’ve built my career around quality workmanship, reliability and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.

I’m passionate about what I do and take great pride in providing a professional, friendly and dependable service. This experience has also given me a strong understanding of the many different trades involved in maintaining, repairing and improving a property.

Outside of work, football is a big passion of mine. I love all sports and enjoy coaching children’s football, helping young players develop their skills, confidence and teamwork.

Most importantly, I’m a family man. I love spending time with my wife and children and making the most of our time together.

For me, Connect & Repair is about more than just getting a job done — it’s about building trust, delivering quality and giving customers a service they can rely on.

Troy is a passionate and people-focused member of the Connect & Repair team, with a genuine love for helping others and making sure every customer receives a great experience.

A big football fan and dedicated football coach, Troy enjoys being involved in the local community and helping young players develop their confidence, skills and teamwork.

Family is hugely important to Troy, and he is very family-oriented, always making time for the people closest to him.

When it comes to work, Troy has an exceptional eye for detail. He takes pride in getting things right and never settles for a job that is simply “good enough”. His attention to detail, friendly personality and commitment to customers make him a valued part of the Connect & Repair team.

For Troy, it’s all about doing things properly, looking after people and delivering a service he can be proud of.
